POINT BLANK OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT 2026



  • PART 1: OVERVIEW

    1.1 Match Format

    - Game Mode: ESPORT BOMB MISSION
    - Team Size: 5 vs 5 Players

    - Round Format: 7 Rounds/12 Rounds

    - Time/Rounds: 3 mins

    - Countdown : 3 seconds

    - Side Change Duration: 60 seconds / Overtime : 30 seconds

    Tournament Format:
    - Single Elimination (BO1 / BO3 / BO5)

    - Double Elimination (BO1 / BO3 / BO5)


    1.2 Win Conditions

    1.2.1 Single Elimination / Double Elimination

    - Side Selection : Side selection will be determined by a Coin Toss and The team positioned on the upper bracket will have the first choice of coin side.

    - Match Victory : The team that wins 7 Rounds first will be declared the match winner immediately.

    - Draw Situation (6–6) : The match will proceed to Overtime The first team to win 4 Rounds will be declared the winner / If Still Tied (3–3) The match will proceed to Sudden Death and Sudden Death will consist of 1 Round only.
    Note :  Player slots or team lineup changes are strictly prohibited once Overtime or Sudden Death has begun.



    PART 2: MAP SELECTION

    2.1 Map Pool

       - Villa, Secret Mansion, Broken Alley, Safe House, Mid Town (ไม่ใช่ Midtown 2), Lux Ville, Down Town, Storm Tube 

    Map Selection Method :

    - Random selection via the Map Selector system

    - Ban & Pick System

    2.2 Match Mode & Ban / Pick System

    The Ban / Pick Map procedure will be conducted between Team A and Team B, based on the official tournament bracket positioning.

    Best of 3 :

       - Team A bans 1 map

       - Team B bans 1 map

       - Team A selects 1 map for Game 1

       - Team B selects 1 map for Game 2

       - Team B bans 1 map

       - Team A bans 1 map

    From the remaining maps, the Referee will randomly select 1 map for Game 3

    Best of 5 :

       - Team A selects 1 map for Game 1

       - Team B selects 1 map for Game 2

       - Team B bans 1 map

       - Team A bans 1 map

       - Team A selects 1 map for Game 3

       - Team B selects 1 map for Game 4

    From the remaining maps, the Referee will randomly select 1 map for Game 5

       1. Side Selection (From Map 2 Onward)

    Starting from Map 2, the team that lost the previous map will have the right to choose the starting side. The side selection must be completed within 2 minutes after the previous game has ended.

       2. Overtime (Tie Break) Side Selection

    During the Tie Break Overtime, the team that did not select the starting side for that map will be granted the right to choose the side for the first overtime half.

    Example:

    If Team A selected the Defense side at the beginning of the map, Team B will choose whether to start as Attack or Defense in the Tie Break Overtime.

    The decision must be completed within 2 minutes.

       3. Sudden Death Side Assignment In Sudden Death, the team that selected the side during the Tie Break Overtime will switch to the opposite side.


    PART 3: CHARACTERS & ITEMS

    3.1  Characters

    Reinforced and Normal version

       - Reinforced and normal version of :  Acid Pol, Caiman Grey, Chou, D-Fox, Hide, Keen Eyes, Leopard, Red Bulls, Rica, Tarantula, Viper Red, Wolf  (Character HP must not exceed 130 HP)

       - Only default character skins are permitted.

    Idol Characters

       - Idol Characters are allowed with a maximum limit of 2 players per team

       - All Idol character skins are permitted

    Wigs

       - Black Afro hair (Rule),Short Brown wig (Rule),Short Black wig (Rule),Long Purple Ponytail wig (Rule),Dark Brown Bun hair (Rule),Blue Bun hair (Rule)

    3.2  Headgear

       - Permitted Headgear: Reinforced Headgear Plus and Beret (Title Beret)

    3.3  Accessories

       -  Accessories that allow players to view teammate's HP only

    3.4  Functional Items

       - Quick Change Weapon,Quick Change Magazine,Increase Grenade Slot,Increase Throwing Slot 1,Increase Throwing Slot 2,Increase Throwing Slot 3

    Weapon & Item Regulations

       - Each team must have at least 1 player using a Shield or Tactical Shield weapon in every match and More than one Shield user per team is permitted.

       - Sub Machine Gun (Dual Type) Dual-type Sub Machine Guns (e.g., Kriss SV, OA-93, T77) are limited to a maximum of 2 players per team.

       - Sniper Rifle Only 1 player per team may use a Sniper Rifle at any time and The designated player may switch to another weapon category during the match.

       - Assault Rifle Assault Rifles may be used by all 4 players and Weapon switching during the match is allowed.

       - C5 & Claymore may be used without quantity limitation and The use of bugs, glitches, or exploits is strictly prohibited.

       - Medical Kit Medical Kits can be used by 5 players and Players may carry up to 2 Medical Kits by using Increase Throwing Slot items Only the HP 40 Recovery Medical Kit is allowed for tournament use.

       - Equipment Slot Expansion : Players are allowed to equip up to 3 Special Slot Expansion items, in accordance with the latest equipment slot update



    Participation Rules

    Section 1: Team & Player Eligibility

    1.1  Team Structure

    Each participating team must consist of a total of 6 players, including:

       - 5 Players

       - 1 Substitute Player

    1.2  Team Name & Player Information

       - Account used for the competition must be registered in the Philippines only. If it is found not to be a Philippine account, the player will be immediately disqualified.

       - Teams are not allowed to change their Team Name or In-Game Name (IGN) after the registration process has been completed.

    1.3  Player Eligibility & Restrictions

       - Players must have no history of penalties related to the use of unauthorized programs, including but not limited to Cheats, Hacks, Scripts, or any form of fraudulent behavior.

       - If such violations are discovered at any time, the player will be subject to the following penalties: Permanent Account Suspension (Permanent Ban) and Immediate Disqualification from the tournament

       - Each player may register and compete with only 1 team per tournament If a player is found participating for more than one team: The tournament administration reserves the right to disqualify one team or Disqualify both teams if a fair resolution cannot be determined.


    Section 2: Weapons, Items & Game Settings

    2.1  Equipment Standards

       - All players must use weapons, characters, and items strictly in accordance with the PBIC 2026 Standard Regulations.

       - Any equipment, character, weapon, or item not explicitly listed as permitted shall be considered automatically prohibited.

    2.2  In-Game Equipment Restrictions

    The competition will enforce the following equipment restrictions:

      - Each team must have at least 1 player using a Shield or Tactical Shield weapon in every match and More than one Shield user per team is permitted.

       - Sub Machine Gun (Dual Type) Dual-type Sub Machine Guns (e.g., Kriss SV, OA-93, T77) are limited to a maximum of 2 players per team.

       - Sniper Rifle Only 1 player per team may use a Sniper Rifle at any time and The designated player may switch to another weapon category during the match.

    2.3  System Configuration

    Players are strictly prohibited from modifying any system settings that may provide a competitive advantage, including but not limited to:

       - NVIDIA Control Panel adjustments

       - Driver Profiles (Mouse / Keyboard)

       - Third-party programs, overlays, macros, scripts, or hardware-based software related to mouse or keyboard configuration

    Only default system settings are permitted.

    Penalty: If any prohibited configuration or modification is detected, the player or team will receive an immediate Lose by Default decision.

    2.4  Registry Settings & Script Restrictions

       - Registry settings must remain within the range of 200 – 900, in accordance with official tournament standards.

       - The use of scripts or any special system modifications that alter normal game input behavior is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to NoDelay Scripts and input speed modification tools.

    Penalty :  If any violation is detected : The team will receive an immediate Lose by Default, and Disqualification from the tournament will be enforced


    Section 3: Illegal Program Usage

    3.1  Violations During Competition

    Before the Match

       - If an illegal program violation is detected before the match begins, the offending player will be immediately disqualified from the tournament.

    During the Match or After Match Completion

       - The team of the offending player will be immediately disqualified.

       - The offending player will receive a ban from the next tournament event.

       - Other team members will remain eligible to compete in future tournaments.

    After Tournament Completion (Especially Semi-Finals / Grand Finals)

       - The offending player will receive a 1 year competition ban.

       - All team results will be nullified.

       - All titles, rankings, and prizes will be revoked.

       - The next ranked team will be promoted accordingly.


    Note: All violations under this section shall be determined solely based on investigations conducted and verified by the tournament administration.


    Section 4: Conduct & Fair Play

    4.1  Unsportsmanlike Conduct

    Unsportsmanlike Conduct refers to any behavior that negatively affects the competitive environment, fairness of play, or the dignity of participants. This includes, but is not limited to:

       - Use of offensive, insulting, or discriminatory language

       - Sexual harassment in any form, including verbal, written, or behavioral actions

       - Disruptive behavior, such as corpse shooting or excessive taunting

       - Inappropriate conduct within official tournament communication channels (e.g., Discord)

    Penalty Guidelines

       - 1st Offense : Official Warning

       - 2nd Offense : Loss of 1 round or 1 map, depending on match context

       - Severe Misconduct : Immediate disqualification without prior warning

    Additional Provisions

       - The severity of penalties shall be determined based on both intent and impact of the misconduct

       - If clear evidence is available, such as audio recordings, video footage, or other verified proof, referees are authorized to bypass the warning stage and apply penalties immediately

    4.2  Abuse Toward Officials

    Any action involving insulting, threatening, harassing, or refusing to cooperate with referees or tournament officials shall be considered a serious violation

    Penalties:

       - 1st Offense : Official Warning

       - 2nd Offense : Immediate Disqualification, especially in cases involving threats, intimidation, or undue pressure toward officials

    4.3  Match Fixing & Collusion

    Match Fixing & Collusion refers to any agreement or coordinated action intended to predetermine match results or deliberately provide unfair advantage to any team or player

    Penalties :

       - Immediate Disqualification from the tournament

       - 1 year ban applied to the entire team

       - Possible extension of penalties to other tournaments (Cross-Tournament Ban)

    4.4  Violence & Physical Altercation

    This includes any form of physical aggression, fighting, or physical intimidation toward other participants, officials, or staff members

    Penalties:

       - Immediate Disqualification

       - Permanent Ban (individual penalty)

    4.5  Doping Policy

    The use of any substance that may enhance player performance is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to alcohol or stimulant substances

    Penalties:

       - Immediate Lose by Default

       - This regulation shall be enforced starting from the moment players activate their cameras during the official Video Call check-in


    Section 5: Match Technical Rules

    5.1  No-Show / Delay

       - Teams must be ready to compete at the officially scheduled match time

       - If a team is delayed for more than 15 minutes, the match will result in a Walkover (WO) loss

    Additional Provisions:

       - The time count begins once the referee officially calls the team for the match

       - Appeals will not be accepted for delays caused by personal circumstances

    5.2 Illegal Equipment Usage

    The use of any weapon, item, or character that does not comply with the official Rulebook is strictly prohibited

    Penalties:

       - 1st Offense: Official Warning

       - 2nd Offense: Loss of 1 round

       - Intentional Violation: Immediate Lose by Default

    5.3 Disconnect Policy

    Intentional disconnection from a match is strictly prohibited

    Penalties:

       - If proven intentional, the team will receive an immediate Lose by Default

       - In cases of unavoidable circumstances, tournament officials may allow the use of a substitute player, subject to referee approval

    5.4 Screen Integrity Policy

       - Players are prohibited from using Alt+Tab during competition, starting from the moment tournament officials begin the PC inspection until the match has fully concluded

       - Players must maintain an active Screen Share at all times when required.

    This regulation is mandatory for Offline stages or enforced in specific situations as determined by tournament officials

    Penalties:

       - 1st Offense: Official Warning

       - 2nd Offense: Lose by Default

       - Intentional concealment of information: Immediate Disqualification

    5.5 Bug / Exploit Usage

    The use of any bug or exploit, whether intentional or unintentional, is considered a violation

    Penalties:

       - 1st Offense: Loss of 1 round

       - 2nd Offense: Loss of the entire map

       - Severe Violation: Immediate Disqualification

    5.6 Stalling

    Any action intentionally performed to unnecessarily delay or prolong the match shall be considered stalling

    Penalty:

       - Immediate Lose by Default

    5.7 Camera Requirement During Matches

       - All players are required to keep their camera active throughout the entire match

       - Players must ensure that: Their face is clearly visible, and Their screen visibility meets tournament verification standards

    Penalties:

       - Failure to activate camera: Lose by Default

       - Unclear or obstructed camera view: Warning Repeated violation: Disqualification

       - Inappropriate behavior on camera: Lose by Default



    Section 6: Verification System

       - All players are required to present their original identification card prior to the match

       - Player information must match the registered tournament details

    Additional Requirements:

       - Players must keep their camera active in a well-lit environment where identification is clearly visible

       - Players must fully cooperate with all verification and system inspection procedures conducted by tournament officials

    Penalty:

       - Refusal to participate in verification procedures will result in immediate Disqualification



    Section 7: Protest & Investigation

       - All protests must be supported by clear and verifiable evidence and must be submitted during the tournament period only

       - Protests must be filed within 24 hours of the incident

    Procedure

       - Protest Submission

       - Investigation Process

       - Final Decision

    Regulations

       - The accused team or player must fully cooperate with the investigation process Refusal to cooperate will result in immediate Disqualification


    Section 8: Prohibited Hardware

    Prohibited Devices:

       - A4Tech X7

       - Bloody Series

       - Logitech G9x

       - Ninjutso Ten / Ten Air

    Penalties:

       - Before the match: Disqualification

       - During the match: Match forfeiture

       - Live round: 6-month suspension


    Section 9: Prize Policy

       - Prize Distribution Period:Prizes will be delivered within 30–60 business days

       - PB Cash: Eligible for main roster players only (5 Players) 


    Section 10: Final Decision Authority

       - All decisions made by the tournament officials are final

       - No appeals will be permitted

    Additional Provisions:

       - Tournament officials reserve the right to adjust penalties based on available evidence

       - All decisions will be made under the principle of maximum competitive fairness


    Section 11: Team Liability

       - Any violation committed by a player shall be considered the shared responsibility of the entire team

       - Teams are responsible for supervising and managing their members.

    Claims of “lack of knowledge” shall not be accepted as grounds for penalty reduction

    Additional Provisions:

       - The tournament organizer reserves the right to modify or update the rules when deemed necessary

       - Any rule changes shall become effective immediately upon announcement
