Clan Mark Update Announcement

Date: August 14, 2024

We wish to inform all players that due to the discovery that some of the currently used clan symbols bear a resemblance to trademarks,
which may be subject to copyright restrictions, we will be implementing changes to the clan symbols.

Beginning on August 28, 2024, following the scheduled weekly server maintenance, the existing clan symbols will be replaced with new designs.
In addition to the replacement of existing symbols, we will be introducing over 50 new clan symbols for players to select from.


Clan Symbol Change Guidelines:

Symbol Replacement and Compensation :
Clans that will have their symbols updated with a new design will receive one Clan Symbol Change Card. This item will be provided to the current clan leader’s account
(based on the information as of the announcement date).

Non-Exchangeable Items :
Clan Symbol Change Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for PBCash or other in-game items.

Leadership and Item Allocation :
If your clan is listed as one of those whose symbol will be changed, please be advised that requests for a change of clan leader or the account designated to receive
the Clan Symbol Change Card will not be accommodated. Any changes in clan leadership following this announcement will not result in additional compensation.

Inactive Clan Leaders :
In cases where the clan leader’s account is inactive or the leader cannot be contacted, it is the responsibility of the clan members to appoint a new leader
and purchase the Clan Symbol Change Card independently. Requests to transfer the Clan Symbol Change Card to a different account will not be entertained.

Clan Symbol Issue Resolution and Compensation

Dear Point Blank Players,

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent clan symbol issue that occurred after the August 28th patch update. We understand that many of you experienced unexpected color changes in your clan symbols, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Issue Resolution:  We are pleased to inform you that the issue causing the unexpected color changes in clan symbols has been resolved as of August 29th, 2024.

  • Compensation:  To compensate for the inconvenience caused, we will be providing the following compensation to affected clans and players:


  • Eligibility: This compensation is applicable only to clans and players who experienced the issue of unexpected color changes in their clan symbols (from yellow to red or vice versa) before the patch.


  • Compensation Items: Each affected clan will receive one (1) Clan Symbol Change Ticket, which will be credited to the clan leader's account. The list of eligible clans will be based on our database as of August 14th, 2024, as stated in our previous announcement.Additional Compensation for Affected Clans: For clans that have already purchased and used a Clan Symbol Change Ticket to revert their symbol to its original color, you will receive additional compensation as follows
  • Clear Clan Point (1EA)
  • Reset Clan History (1EA)
  • 25,000 Clan Medals



  • Important Notes:  
  • Clan leaders cannot transfer their accounts or change clans to receive compensation.
  • Clans that have changed their clan leaders after August 28th, 2024, to change their clan symbols will not be eligible for compensation.
