Transfer Event Period : September 15 - November 7, 2023

Transfer Condition

1. The requestor, must register a New Philippines Zepetto Account only for transfer and apply with correct Garena UID with correct Evidence attachment by him/her self.

2. After a successful transfer , All Data in Zepetto account (used to transferred) will be deleted and overwritten and cannot be cancelled, changed or rolled back.

3. Only Point and Level (Rank) will be transferred from this event.

4. Inventory Items (Weapon, Function item, item etc.) and PB Cash will not be transferred.

5. The Ribbon, Badge and Medal reward will be sent to the successfully transferred account within 1 working-day.

* Remark : Player must be logged in game atleast 1 times after successfully transferred for receive the Ribbon, Badge and Medal

6. The Player will be able to collect the transfer reward after successfully transferring their Account from Garena to Zepetto Account.

7. Transferring Process will take 3 - 5 working days.

8. The player can check their transfer status at the transfer webpage with the Zepetto Account that was used to request for transfer.

9. Player cannot cancel or change after the transfer process is complete.

10. Zepetto (Thailand) co., l.td. may change, add, suspend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify the services offered on this website at any time without prior notice.

11. Zepetto (Thailand) co.,l.td. decision is final.

Transfer Manual Guide

1. Register or Create a New Zepetto Account that wish to use for transfer data.

(Please beware that the data of account will be overwrite when the transfer is complete)

2. Login the Zepetto Account which the player want to transfer the Data from Garena.

3. Fulfill the Garena UID which is match with the Garena Profile Evidence that need to attach the screenshot.

(The attachment must Cleary and fullscreen as example)

4. Upload the Evidence screenshot as system request as follows

4.1  Garena Profile Screenshot - Must be match with the fulfill Garena UID on process No.3

4.2 Screenshot of ID Card - (ID Card / Passport / Valid ID of requestor)

5. Read the Terms and Condition, then click for confirm the transfer request.

Click on "Process" for sending the transfer request.

6. After sent the transfer requisition, The webpage will be refresh to "IN PROGRESS" status with issue date. 

(The player will be able to check the transferred status from this webpage by log-in with the Zepetto account which used to sent the transfer request.)

*Transferred Process will be take 3 - 5 working days in issue date as screeshot.

Transfer Result

1. Transferred Complete - The Rank and Point of Garena Account has been transfer to Zepetto Account successfully. And The user can play Point Blank on Zepetto Account continuedly!!!!

2. Transferred Failed -  The transfer was failed which may caused by some reason with attachment reason from Zepetto Staff.

Remark : After Failed transferred status, Zepetto Account which used to requested the transfer will not be able to use for transfer again.

3. Transfer rejected - The transfer was not successfully. The player must click on "Cancel the transfer process" and resend it again with more improve evidence.

TRANSFER REWARD

Condition

1. Only the successfully account transferred from Phillippines will get the transfer reward automatically.

2. The reward will be based on rank of the transferred account

3. Every transferred account will be received free "Change Nickname" Item
