New E-mail System for Point Blank Zepetto Account


Update on 5 July 2023



To facilitate all Troopers now, the new system that will assist all troopers to change their E-mail of Zepetto Account as following steps :


1. Enter to the Website > Log-in to your Zepetto Account





2.  Log in to your Zepetto account





3. After logged-in, Click on MY INFO





4.  Click CANCEL on E-mail Tab, Then confirm by fill the correct E-mail 




5. log-in to your E-mail for receiving the OTP password, Then fill it in the slot for confirming the cancelation email.


(Please Kindly Check the OTP E-mail from Inbox or Junk Mail)




6. After success the cancellation. The system will require the owner to put the new E-mail and confirm the new e-mail with the OTP password solution as well.





FAQ


Q : What should I do if I forget the password of zepetto account?
A : Please try to use Forget password solution for retrieve back the password of your Zepetto Account

Q : What should I do if I forget the E-mail or unavailable?
A : If the e-mail is not available. you will not be able to change or use forget password anymore. Please make sure that you've used the available e-mail always. Or please kindly contact your E-mail provider to recovery your E-mail.

Q : How many time can I change the E-mail?
A : Unlimited amount. (The amount may change in the future as appropriate.)

Q : Where can I find the OTP?
A : Please kindly check in your e-mail Inbox or Junk mail

Q : What Should I do if I never verify my e-mail or Zepetto account and also forget the password.
A : If the player never verified the e-mail. you will not be able recovery the password or change E-mail.


Remark


1.  Zepetto(Thailand) Co., Ltd. resevered the right to not assisting  in editing, changing any email information of Zepetto Account. The Players only need to make changes to their email address through system.


2. Only valid email is required to receive OTP andZepetto(Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right, in not to change / edit  the verification email to receive any OTP.


3. In case the player forgets the password and the email has not been verified. Zepetto(Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right, in not assisting to recovery password.


4. Zepetto(Thailand) Co., Ltd. is not allowed 3rd-party for trading an Zepetto Account. And Zepetto(Thailand) Co., Ltd. will not take any responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages caused by Zepetto Account trading.


5. Zepetto(Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice .
