SERVERS JOINING SEA SERVER: Philippines, Thailand & Laos
NOTICE: Launch of SEA Server on February 23, 2022 - All items in your inventory and your stats will remain unchanged after the event on that day.
For Thailand and Laos - all items in your inventory and your stats will remain unchanged after the event.
Game Stats : Individual/Clan stats will remain unchanged. - All rank system will be merged and will run under SEA server.
Title Tree : Title tree requirements and benefits will be adjusted based on Thailand server. It will enable more players to enjoy more durability items.
Inventory : All items obtained and purchased during and before the event will remain unchanged with some exceptions - Box Items: All unopened box items in the inventory will be automatically open until Feb 23, 2022. Some of the items which cannot be used for all 3 servers will be replaced with equal value.
Cash & Points : All Points and Cash remaining in your account will be transferred to SEA server. As for cash, your remaining cash balance will be converted in relation with foreign exchange rate with other countries in SEA server. (You can purchase cheaper items in SEA SERVER)
Vouchers / Epin : All Vouchers and Epins will be invalid from February 23rd. So please use all vouchers and Epins before the said date. For unused EPins, please request via customer service by March 23, 2022, to use them again in exchange of cash. By doing so, you can receive cash in SEA SERVER according to your country's foreign exchange rate.
Official Discord transfer : All Official Discord Support from each country will be transferred to Thai Official PB Discord after the SEA SERVER launch. Filipino players can choose support channel by selecting Philippines icon. (After the SEA SERVER launch the DISCORD on WEBSITE PH will automatically redirect you to Thai Official PB Discord)
Channel access by character's rank : After migration TH-PH server, The Channel access will be Prescribe by character's rank as follow:
1.Training Channel (Rank 0-9) 2.Public Channel (Rank 6-18) 3.Expert Channel (Rank 12-51))
Clan's Mark : In case Filipino players Clan Mark has a duplicate with the Thai Players, The Filipino players Clan Mark will then be changed automatically from the system following that with an item "Clan Mark Change" that will also be sent to your Clan Leader. (We will be updating our Clan Mark Designs to prevent duplicate clan mark on our SEA SERVER)
*FAQ*
1.What will happen to the duplicate account name after merge server ?
- After merging TH-PH server, Filipino players can login by entering the game through the new client.
- In case of same username in Thai server/Duplicate Name, Filipino players need to contact customer support to transfer new username.
2.About the duplicate Character name after merge server ?
- For a player from Philippines with no duplicate name with Thai player. They can play as usual with no changes.
- Duplicated name of Filipino Players with Thai players will be automatically changed by the system having a temporary name with alphabet/numbers: example AAAA_PH. Our management will send a "Change Nickname" item to your account for you to change your old name to a new one.
