Open to all EXISTING Point Blank PH Teams.
A CLAN may register as many teams as they can possibly assemble. ONLY the TEAM CAPTAINS WILL BE ELIGIBLE to register the teams. The TEAM CAPTAIN will be the official representative of the teams in DISCORD and ZOOM which will be the main communication platform of the Event. The NO DISCORD and ZOOM, NO REGISTRATION policy will be strictly implemented. One (1) ZOOM video is allowed for more than 1 player in the team as long as each member is shown clearly in the footage, if not, each player must join the Zoom meeting on their own.
ALL participants MUST be in the SAME CLAN before registration and up to the end of the Event. Each TEAM member must have THEIR OWN ACCOUNT with at least Rank 10 (Sergeant First Class Grade) to compete. Sharing of account IS NOT ALLOWED. Those with any current in-game violations, such as hacking, cheating, or muted in-game due to bad behavior, will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE. General Rules a. A Clan may register as many teams as they can possibly assemble. b. Team lineup/members CANNOT be changed once the Clan/Team is officially registered unless allowed by the GMs. c. NO changing of Clan/Team upon official registration up to the end of the Event. d. Participants are REQUIRED to use only their personal Point Blank PH Account during the Event. e. Multiple accounts per person are STRICTLY prohibited. f. Participants who fail to follow the instructions of the Game Masters are subject to the appropriate penalties as dictated by the severity of the case. g. The decision of Game Masters is FINAL. Game Disconnection Rules a. In case of disconnection, the participants will be asked to reconnect as long as there will be no errors that will prohibit participants from logging in. b. If the disconnection happens and a kill has already taken place, the game will continue and the score after that round will be accepted. c. If no kills happened prior to disconnection, and the participant was not able to immediately reconnect, then the round will be restarted. d. If a participant is disconnected from the game, other members SHOULD NOT exit the room of their own will. Inform the GMs regarding the concern. Disqualification Rules a. If a team does not show up within the specified grace period (10 minutes) for their scheduled match, the team will forfeit and the competing Team will be declared the winner. b. Participants are always expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Members of the clan exhibiting unruly conduct will be disqualified, handing
the opposing team the match. c. Excessive profanities may result in the disqualification of a single member or the whole clan as it may be treated as unsportsmanlike conduct. d. Intentional disconnection (ALT F4/Manual DC) will lead to automatic forfeiture of the match. e. Employees, suppliers, and service providers of Zepetto and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining any stage, including the finals, and any of its sub-challenges. This also includes the use of characters they own and accounts they maintain. f. Zepetto has the right to hold and not give all event Rewards of disqualified Clans. g. Teams that are caught using third-party programs or proven to be violating any of the rules included herewith WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED. h. The decision of Game Masters is FINAL. Others Invitation Determining participants a. An event will be announced on Zepetto’s Website and Social Media Sites to invite participants for the PBSEA 2021 SEASON 2 PH PRELIMINARY ROUND b. Competition format GAME Point Blank
5 vs 5 Bomb Mission Mode
3 Minutes / 5 Rounds Each game consists of 1st and 2nd Half, side change after 1st half.
Eliminations: 1 Match Knockout Semi-Finals: 1 Match Knockout Finals: Best of 3 race to 2
a. Teams will be given the password for the specific room for the Match. b. Teams should report to the room created by the GMs ten (10) minutes before the match starts. c. There should be NO changing of accounts during the competition. d. The Team Captain will be responsible for the identification of the Team Members. e. Participants are NOT allowed to apply macro (Command) settings on their peripherals. Application of such settings will result in disqualification. f. In case of peripherals related problems, participants will be granted an additional three (3) minutes to replace them before the match starts. g. Participants can pick up all of the weapons from dead characters. h. Change of participant’s nickname during the event period is not allowed. Bracketing Stage a. Bracketing will be done LIVE on Facebook using an online spin wheel. b. The Teams called will then be placed on our Official Challonge Page. The arrangement will be the same as how we called the Teams in our bracketing although there will be some variation due to the Challonge System. c. Match schedule along with the Challonge will be announced on our Website and Social Media Sites as soon as it is ready. Competition Rules i. Match consists of one (1) game (Eliminations to Semi-Finals). a. The winner is decided by team who wins the single game of their match from the elimination until semi-finals. ii. Match consists of three (3) games (Finals) a. The winner is decided by the first team to win two (2) matches during the Finals. iii. Match Format a. A Match consists of 2 halves, position swap after 1st half. b. 1st half ends when one team wins 5 rounds. c. 2nd half ends when the final outcome is decided. For example, if team A won 1st half by 5:3, and second half score reaches 4:0, Team A's win is confirmed and 2nd half ends. iv. Side is decided randomly by organizer before the start of the match. v. Draws a. If a Match ends in a Draw, an extra match is played to decide the Winner. b. For the extra Match, the 1st half ends when a team wins 3 Rounds. c. Side is decided randomly by the organizer before the start of the extra Match. d. If the extra Match ends in a draw, Golden Round, 1 Round will be played to decide the winner. e. For the Golden Round, the side is decided randomly by the organizer. After match procedures a. Participants must leave the room within 5 minutes after the match is finished. b. In case of any objections regarding the result of the match, the Clan Master is required to notify the GMs within 5 minutes after the match is finished. Match Rules
a. General chatting is restricted, only Team chatting is allowed. b. All Team members can use voice chatting via discord and the like.
a. Judgments and rulings regarding the potential use of illegal software or bug exploitation will be made by the GMs b. Exploiting any kind of map bugs and characters assisted boosting is strictly prohibited. Abnormal a. In case of any PC problems, a participant should inform the GMs. b. If the issue occurs before any of the participants in the current round was killed the game can be paused and then resumed with the score from the previous round after the problems are solved. c. If the issue occurs after at least one of the participants was killed, the match will continue until the end. The match will continue after the problems are solved with the recent score. For example, the current score is Team A: 3, Team B: 2. There is a participant killed before the issue occurred, the round is continued. If Team A wins the current round, the score will be Team A: 4, Team B: 2. After the round is finished, the game will be stopped and the participants need to leave the game. The match will continue after the problem is solved with the recent score (Team A: 4, Team B: 2). d. All the potential controversies or disagreements arising concerning the competition rules will be judged and decided by the Game Masters.
