Clean Channel Pass Eligibility Criteria

(Automated Selection)

(Privileges will be automatically granted once all criteria are met)

1. The game account must be Rank 33 (Captain Rank 4) or above only.

2. The account must have logged into the game at least once between January 1, 2026, and June 9, 2026.

3. Accounts meeting criteria #1 and #2 must have no history of account bans of any kind within the year 2026.

4. All players must pass an additional account history review and screening by the Zepetto team.

5. By possessing a VIP License and entering or playing within the Clean Channel, the player is deemed to have implicitly acknowledged and accepted all rules and code of conduct enforced in the Clean Channel.

An "Account Ban" in this context refers strictly to suspensions manually reviewed and issued by the Zepetto team. (This does not include yellow/red error messages or temporary lockouts by the automated anti-cheat system.)

(Eligible players who meet the criteria will receive their VIP License to access the Clean Channel by June 23, 2026.

The Clean Channel Playtest will officially commence on June 24, 2026, onwards.)

Clean Channel Pass Eligibility Criteria

(Manual Application Round)

Registration Period: June 10 – June 21, 2026

If players find that their accounts do not meet the criteria specified in Round 1 (Automated Selection),

they can manually submit an application to be considered for a VIP License.

To apply, you must meet the following criteria and submit the required evidence via

the Support Ticket system using the specific account you wish to register:

1. The account used for application must be Rank 33 (Captain Rank 4) or above.

2. Players must submit their application using the photo of the player with a valid National ID card, strictly limited to 1 ID card per 1 game account.

3. If found using or impersonating another person’s ID card, the account will be immediately disqualified from Clean Channel access and placed on the Clean Channel Blacklist, with no exceptions.

4. By submitting the application, all players are deemed to have fully consented to, acknowledged, and agreed to strictly abide by all rules, regulations, and the special severe penalties enforced within the Clean Channel in their entirety.

5. Players must submit their case for review exclusively through the E-Ticket system on the official website, using the specific game account they wish to register. (The team will review and verify each application on a case-by-case basis).

How to Apply for Clean Channel Registration

*Important: You must log in with the specific game account you wish to register before starting the process.

1. Choose "Clean Channel".

2. Choose "Clean Channel Registration".

3. Complete all the required information in the form.

4. Upload a clear photo of yourself holding your National ID card.

Registration requests will receive a response within 24 hours.

Clean Channel Regulations

1. All players entering the Clean Channel are deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted all rules, regulations, and the special penalty measures enforced herein.

2. The team reserves the exclusive right to investigate, judge, and issue appropriate penalties. The team is not obligated to disclose in-depth details regarding our internal detection and monitoring systems.

3. The Clean Channel is currently in its Playtest (Beta) phase. The team reserves the right to modify rules, criteria, or the testing period as deemed appropriate.

4. The team reserves the sole right to monitor, modify, update, or judge the issuance and eligibility of the VIP License.

5. To maintain the cleanest and fairest gaming environment within the Clean Channel, all players acknowledge and agree to strictly adhere to the following rules:

Using any type of cheat programs, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software.

Using any kind of macro, key-mappers, or automated command tools.

Using any form of automation scripts.

Using any software or tools on your PC that may grant an unfair advantage over other players, even if it is not directly classified as a cheat program.

Creating and locking/reserving private rooms without a valid reason, or leaving rooms idle for extended periods, which negatively affects room availability for other players.

Utilizing the Clean Channel to spam or exploit for any benefits outside of normal, unintended gameplay.

Engaging in any behavior within the Lobby that constitutes griefing, provocation, harassment, or disrupting the gaming experience of other players, including any actions detrimental to the peace and order of the Lobby.

Modifying, interfering with, bypassing, or attempting to obstruct the detection and monitoring systems associated with the Clean Channel.

Cooperating with, supporting, assisting, or facilitating violators of the Clean Channel rules, whether directly or indirectly.

6. The team reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or deny Clean Channel access to any player at any time if they exhibit inappropriate behavior that potentially undermines the fairness and objectives of the Clean Channel.

7. During an ongoing investigation, the team may temporarily suspend a player's access to the Clean Channel until the verification process is fully completed.

8. Players who manually apply for the Clean Channel acknowledge and agree that the individual verified by the National ID card during registration shall be held fully responsible for all activities occurred on that account within the Clean Channel. Under no circumstances can players claim account sharing, account lending, unauthorized third-party access, or any similar excuses to evade liability for offenses committed in the Clean Channel.

9. Rules and regulations are subject to change and optimization throughout the playtest phase. Players are highly encouraged and required to regularly review the rules for any updates.

10. The team reserves the sole right to add, remove, modify, amend these rules, or make final judgments on any cases or scenarios not explicitly covered herein.

Penalties for Clean Channel Violations

*If you encounter any suspects using illegal software/cheat programs or violating the terms of service,

you can submit a report for investigation via the E-Ticket system.

1. Select Subcategory: Choose "Clean Channel Player Report".

2. Fill Out Details: Enter the required information regarding the violator.

3. Attach Evidence: Upload screenshot(s), video link(s), or any relevant evidence of the violation.
