Steps for requesting support from Zepetto Thailand
1. Submit your request via E-mail by sending details related to the competition as follows.
1.1) Name of the competition
1.2) Number of participating teams / How many people per team?
1.3) How to apply and application period
1.4) Competition schedule
1.5) Competition format
1.6) Promotion channels and live broadcasts
1.7) List of prizes
1.8) List of prizes that need support and purpose of use
2. Wait for the team to check and reply within 5 business days.
3. An email requesting support will be sent at least 14 business days before the start of the competition.

Terms and Benefits for Tournament Organizers
➤ Additional Rewards – Providing extra rewards to enhance the appeal of the tournament.
➤ Dedicated Competition Servers – Allocating special servers exclusively for tournament use.
➤ Training and Tournament Management Guidelines – Offering knowledge about the competition system, along with guidelines and recommendations for effective tournament organization.
➤ Tournament Promotion – Supporting the promotion of tournaments through Point Blank’s official channels to increase audience reach.
Exclusive Benefits for Tournament Organizers
➤ Tournament organizers who successfully manage high-quality events that meet the required standards will be eligible for additional exclusive benefits,
which will be considered by the team on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions
1. General Tournament
➤ Offline: The game shop must have at least 20 PCs with 5:5 seating arrangements – Minimum 8 teams to participate.
➤ Online: Minimum team slots: 8/32 (consultation required if fewer than 6–8 teams are registered).
➤ Prizes: At the discretion of the organizer.
➤ Entry Fee: No entry fees or other charges.
➤ Registration Period: Submit the required format on the website at least 3 weeks before the event.
➤ Tournament Rules: Official rules (PBIC Rulebook or the latest version).
➤ Livestream Requirement: At least 1 days of livestreaming (provide the livestream link, and Zepetto reserves the right to use footage or videos for promotional purposes).
➤ Promotion: Include the game's SNS in promotions and add the official logo to event media.
➤ Post-Event Report: Submit a detailed report on the results of the competition and the event.
➤ Reward Process: Based on the report, we will process the reward distribution to the winners' IDs within 14 business days after receiving the report.
2. Advertising and support
Contests cannot be sponsored by any company, individual or organization. that sells or promotes the following:
➤ gambling
➤ Any company that harms Zepetto's business (hacking, account selling, master sellers).
➤ Non-Point Blank games and related exploits
➤ Drugs (whether legal or illegal) and any products used to take drugs.
➤ Tobacco and any products used for consuming tobacco Including vaping products
➤ Marijuana and any products used for consuming cannabis
➤ Pornography, sexual or adult products or services
➤ Gambling (whether legal or illegal)
➤ Firearms/Weapons
➤ Political candidates or ballot initiatives
➤ Digital currency Non-fungible tokens or any other blockchain-based digital item or business.
